About me

My interest in psychology began in high school when I became fascinated by the brain's capability to process information and assign meaning to everyday events and experiences. Soon I realized that the way we perceive and interpret the world shapes our overall experience. This curiosity led me to pursue a career in psychology.

I believe each of us has internal resources that can help us cope with life's challenges, even if they initially feel hidden or inaccessible.

In my practice, I work with both adults and children, offering psychological assessments and consultations, and helping clients overcome challenges such as anxiety, panic disorders, and depression. I am a supervised clinical and health psychologist, currently expanding my skills in cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), which provides effective tools to manage anxiety, depression, and more.

My office is based in Riga, but I also offer online therapy so that you can access support from any location.

Outside of my professional work, I enjoy staying active, learning new hobbies, reading books, and watching good movies.

If you feel I could be the right specialist for you, feel free to reach out!
